Most images displayed on this site are model and/or property released and available for image use licensing. Usage licensing may be Rights Managed (RM) or Royalty Free (RF) depending on the image and on the contractual commitments to agencies that may already have marketing rights to a particular image.

In the case where an agency may already has exclusive marketing rights to an image, I have tried to indicate the license type and agency name in the additional information that is displayed when the mouse is moved over the full image display. For example,"(RM) GettyImages.com" would indicated the image is available for Rights Managed licensing and can be licensed via the agency www.GettyImages.com.
